Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions,

  • What happens after I sign up?

Once you have igned up and paid your 50% deposit you will be emailed and asked to start our onboarding process. This will be a short 15 in survey asking for key details which we need to get the website design process started.

  • Do I have to transfer my website over?

For us to provide the best results, Plus Nine Design recommends giving us the opportunity to rebuild your website from the start. This does not mean all of your progress will not be saved, but rather that it will be improved. Often when we audit a website, we find several SEO errors preventing the website from ranking in Google search results. Rather than fixing the issue, our clients see a much higher value in our new build which ensures we can hit on all of the SEO targets at once rather than trying to optimize

  • Will my website be mobile friendly?

Yes! We ensure your website is responsive on mobile due to the vast majority of customers on mobile. Google recently stated they are looking at the mobile version over the desktop version to determine rankings. If you are unsure which one is more important to you, you can simply reach out to us and we can discuss what is best.

  • What gives your website domain authority

"Domain Authority" and "Authority Score" is an artificial metric created by several SEM tools to guage how well a website is optimized to show up in the search. The higher the domain authority, the more likely a website is to rank for it's target keyword phrase.

A combination of multiple SEO Ranking factors but the most significant are:

    • A fully optimized and SEO- audited website
    • A large number of high-quality Backlinks from reputable sources
    • Compelling and relevant content
